Do you know a local teacher who goes above and beyond the call of the classroom? A person who uses their skills to serve and empower the next generation? Or are you yourself a teacher with a passion for activities that build up our educational community?
We are grateful for the diligence and heart our teachers invest in our students year after year. That’s why Schuler Shoes is partnering with Cobb Hill September 18th-25th to host Teacher Appreciation Week. Not only will we be offering local teachers the chance to save $10 on a pair of Cobb Hill shoes, but five teachers will be selected to receive a $500 grant toward their local educational-focused projects.
To choose those five, we need your stories and project ideas! Whether it’s to help fund the costs of dirt and seed to plant a class garden, or covering bus fees to take students on a special field trip, visit our Facebook page September 18th-25th to upload a video or tell us in 300 words or less why we should support you or your teacher’s beyond-the-classroom ventures. Photos are also welcome! Remember to include the hashtag “#beyondtheclassroomMN” if you mention us across your social media channels.
