Is this winter wreaking havoc on your feet? Here are some simple at-home remedies from around the web that will help alleviate cracked heels and dry feet. The best part? You probably already have the ingredients in your cupboards!

1. Baking Soda

Powder of sodium bicarbonate or baking soda

Add 1 cup of  vinegar and 1/2 cup of baking soda to warm water. Soak your feet for 15 – 20 minutes to soften dry skin. (IndiaBeautySpot)

2. Olive Oil and a Pumice Stone


After exfoliating with a pumice stone, apply olive oil to your feet. Put on socks to lock in the moisture as you sleep. (Popsugar)

3. Coconut Oil and Granulated Sugar


Mix 2 cups granulated sugar with 1 cup coconut oil. Add 10 drops essential oil(s) in desired scent. (Sarah Di Grazia)

4. Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, and Buttermilk


Fill a bowl or your bathtub with warm water. Add 1 cup lemon juice, 2 tablespoons olive oil, and 1/4 cup buttermilk. Soak for 15-20 minutes. (Beautyheaven)


5. Bag Balm


Before bed, put a layer of Bag Balm on your feet. Finish off with a pair of socks so the hydrating can take place over night. (
